Yes I would suggest finding as many people as you can because everyone has different skin types and skin colors. It would be hard to say there is a mask or dummy because to learn you would want to practice with lots of different faces. It's like a canvas and you are the artist. practice on a person is best or you can check your local beauty supply for dummy models
