:) When I first learned to put make up on I went with my friends to make up counter at the mall they'll teach you how to put everything on and work with you to see what colors work :3 after what they teach you, you'll learn your own style let it be different shades of eye shadow or eyelinear :3 but I'd buy a few basic shades, pink blue purple silver white I'd get a twist eyelinear it's easy to use but if you like pencil better that's up to you get foundation and cover up that's a basic need and lips stick of course get a few colors like a shade of red and pink tonks might be helpful if you don't have thick eyelashs

They are both nice! If I was you, I would probably go with the second one because it's cheaper. I like them both, though. =)
