a really small brush that isn't all poofy works best. those sponges aren't as good. a good brush is the kind that comes with the revlon mineral concealer.What a better makeup tool to apply powder concealer?
concealer brush, its like a really small foundation brush! you can get it for pretty cheap at target or any beauty store
use what ever works best for u cuz for some ppl the sponge works better then the brush but never use ur hands
