yep that is banned, here in Australia anyway. ANything u do that impedes your driving awareness such as talking on a mobile, sms-ing, make up...all banned. Smoking too but thats becoz of health.
It is illegal.Not paying due care and attention and if she hit something it would be considered dangerous driving.
Bane? I think you meant to say BANNED. Yes, it could cause accidents due to the one applying makeup while driving is distracted from her driving.
i dont think its illegal but she shudnt have done that. its like talking or texting on ur cellphone while driving. all can pose risks for the driver and other drivers on the road.
