If you need to spread the cost of something out over a few months, like ';lay-a-way'; here in the States, then you can't afford it. Just save your money and buy it when you have the money. You can also charge it on a credit card, but that's more expensive then saving...by far!!! Just save for it or find less expensive dupes!Are there any online shops in UK where you can buy makeup but spread the cost over several months?
